Biodiversity on all sides. Its location between two continents allows you to admire species of fauna and flora that you cannot see in your daily life: freshwater fish, amphibians, reptiles, mammals and especially birds in its thousands of hectares of marshes. In fact, birdwatching activities in Doñana are very popular among Ornithological enthusiasts.
Some of these species of birds and mammals are in danger of extinction, as is the case of the imperial eagle and the Iberian lynx. Some plant species are also in danger of extinction.
If you are interested in landscapes, in addition to the Marshes, you will find abundant dunes, some of them of great size. In fact, from the fossil dunes, the Asperillo Cliff was created, declared a Natural Monument for its singular beauty and for being one of the most atypical coastal formations of the Peninsula.
